We Do All The Hard Work ...
We are totally independent consultants and our role as professional Unclaimed Money Consultants is to unravel the data, find the rightful owner of the funds, prove their ownership to the holder of the funds, satisfy all the legal requirements, fully identify the rightful owner, submit all the required paperwork and arrange the return of the monies. It sounds relatively simple, however, for the inexperienced it can prove to be difficult, with stumbling blocks and to retrieve the funds it can take a considerable amount of time. We cut through the red tape and make sure to dot the i's and cross the t's which can expedite a successful refund claim in the shortest possible timeframe.

How Our Service Works

Step 1 - Source
We locate and identify unclaimed funds across Australia, then search for and verify the individuals and Directors of organisations (both registered and de-registered) associated with these funds.

Step 2 - Approval Process
Once the rightful owner is confirmed, we proceed with the claim recovery. You'll need to provide an 'Authority to Act & Release' form, 100 points of ID, proof of connection to the organisation, and linking documents to their contact details.
For deregistered companies, reinstatement may be required to open a bank account in the same name as the unclaimed funds.

Step 3 - Paperwork & Submission
We then create a case on your behalf and submit all the necessary paperwork to process your refund.

Step 4 - Refund Funds
Once the approval is processed, the funds are sent directly to your bank account.

The bank account for companies have to be in the same name as the unclaimed funds. Individual claims are slightly different is beneficiary claims and can be in the name of the beneficiary.
Step 5 - Our Fees
We have a “NO REFUND-NO FEE” policy.

What sets us apart is that if your unclaimed funds claim is successfully approved, the refund goes directly to your bank account in full.
We do not charge anything upfront. Our standard fee is 15% + GST, but this is only applied if the claim is successfully approved and the funds are in your account.
Simply put, if the claim isn’t successful, we don’t get paid.
