What Are Refund Consultants?
Refund Consultants are essentially public data aggregators. We gather data from a number of sources specifically in the area of unclaimed money. We are data detectives, searching millions of within to find lost and unclaimed money and then work to prove ownership and ultimately returning the funds to the rightful owner.
What Happens If I Don't Claim The Money?
In most states, when the money has been unclaimed for a certain amount of time, the State Government then absorbs those funds into consolidated revenue. This means that this money is then no longer yours, and cannot be claimed back.
How Much Do We Charge For Our Services?
Our service does not involve any upfront fees or payments so you don’t have to worry about having to make payments you can’t afford. There are also no hidden charges or extra fees aside from our one off flat fee of 15% + GST that we only get once your unclaimed funds have been deposited into your bank account. Upon the success of this, we then send an invoice for that agreed 15% + GST fee.
How Do I Prove My Identity?
Before we are able to reunite you with any missing funds we need to prove your identity. This is usually 100 point of ID but may be more depending on what funds we are attempting to reunite you with. Your ID documents will need to be certified copies to satisfy most of their requirements.

How Long Does The Process Take?
For funds located in Australia, the process usually takes between four and six months.

As the funds are being sought from outside of our organisation, the time frame can vary. We will keep you informed throughout the process and advise you of any anticipated delays.
